Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our team in a busy paint manufacturing environment. The role involves mixing paints to precise specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix paints according to formulas and customer requirements
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor quality and consistency throughout the process
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work shifts and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
