Are you a Production Operative with a background in Chemical Manufacturing looking for a stable, days-based role with a growing aerosol manufacturer, and the benefit of an early finish on Fridays?

This growing aerosol manufacturer, founded in the 1970's supplies into personal care, healthcare, household, and automotive industries and is part of a respected UK manufacturing group with a turnover exceeding £55 million. The company recognised for its innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainable manufacturing, continuing to invest in advanced technology and process improvements to support its diverse customer base.

In this role, you will support the safe and efficient preparation of chemical batches, carrying out start-up, mixing, and monitoring processes in line with procedures. You'll operate production machinery and FLTs, follow batch documentation, weigh and add raw materials accurately, test solutions for compliance, unload deliveries safely, and maintain precise records to ensure quality, accuracy, and health and safety standards are met. This is a full-time position based on the Wirral, Monday-Thursday 8-5, finishing at 12:30 on a Friday.

This role would suit a Production Operative with a chemical background seeking a stable, days-based position within a growing aerosol manufacturer, with structured processes and the benefit of an early Friday finish.

The Role:

• Prepare and mix chemical batches in line with procedures
• Test solutions for pH and conductivity
• Follow batch documentation and weigh raw materials accurately
• Maintain accurate batch and stock records
• Full time, Wirral, Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 17:00, Friday 8:00 - 12:30

The Person:

• Experience in a chemical manufacturing or blending environment
• Commutable to the Wirral
