We are seeking Production Operators to join our high-growth scientific client. You will work within a shift-patterned production site to support the manufacturing of sustainable products.

Duties

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilisation-in-Place (SIP) procedures.
• Conduct routine product sampling and maintain accurate batch records.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure all activities meet safety and food safety standards.

Requirements

• HND level education or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field – e.g. Chemical Process / Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Sciences etc.
• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of fermentation, pasteurization, filtration, or centrifugation.
• Experience working under Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work effectively within a shift team to meet deadlines.
