Your Skills / Background:
Previous experience in food/pharma production or operating machinery is great - but not essential. If you're motivated, eager to learn, and safety-conscious, we want to hear from you. If you’re ready to learn and not afraid to put in an honest’s day’s work, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
What Your Day Might Look Like:
• Deliver production excellence by achieving the production plan while upholding GDP, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Receive and prepare raw materials and packaging safely and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and stock control.
• Minimise waste and support environmental and safety initiatives.
• Keep the workplace clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.
• Be an active, positive team member contributing to a respectful and collaborative environment.
