The Role
As a Project Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping us deliver critical capital projects and programmes. You’ll be a trusted partner to the Energy & Carbon Team, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate financial tracking, and clear communication across stakeholders. Your proactive mindset and attention to detail will help us stay on track and deliver results that make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing purchase orders and supporting financial reporting
- Tracking and reconciling project costs in SAP
- Journaling and allocating costs to the correct programmes
- Monitoring payments and ensuring timely processing
- Coordinating project updates and supporting delivery teams
- Preparing meeting materials: agendas, minutes, presentations, and briefing packs
- Organising meetings and managing logistics
- Supporting senior leaders with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Maintaining documentation and ensuring visibility of risks, actions, and decisions
- Managing programme files and collaboration spaces (e.g., SharePoint)

What You’ll Bring
- Knowledge of SAP and managing – raising purchase orders
- Experience tracking costs and managing financial processes
- Confidence using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Previous experience in a project support, coordination, or administration role
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work with Senior stakeholders
