About the Role

As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide essential support to ensure the smooth delivery of projects within a hazardous industry setting. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, supporting project planning, and ensuring effective communication across multiple stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for project teams.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with scheduling, procurement, and budget tracking.
• Organise and attend project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in project administration or coordination within a high-risk or regulated industry (e.g., chemical, oil & gas, utilities, construction).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project management tools.
• Financial awareness and experience with procurement processes.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and integrity.
