Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a leading manufacturing business. This is your chance to play a key role in maintaining product quality and supporting innovation. Start on day shifts before moving to a rotating pattern—with competitive pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out routine testing and analysis to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Accurately record and report results using internal systems.
• Identify and document any non-conforming products.
• Manage samples—receiving, storing, and dispatching for further testing.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (training provided).
• Maintain accurate stock records using Excel-based systems.
• Support continuous improvement and development projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous laboratory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and a methodical approach to work.
• Physically fit (handling samples up to 12.5kg).
• Comfortable working safely with chemicals.
• Flexible and reliable—occasional weekend overtime may be required.
