Are you a creative and curious scientist ready to push the boundaries of material innovation? Join the R&D team and help shape the future of high-performance materials for real-world applications!

They are looking for an R&D Technician to take a key role in the development of novel materials for cutting-edge technical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and develop new ideas for advanced materials and formulations.

  • Synthesise and characterise novel materials for targeted technical applications.

  • Translate laboratory processes into scalable pilot plant procedures.

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and sales teams.

  • Analyse and benchmark the performance of our materials against competitors in real-world applications.

  • Clearly communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and product documentation.

Your Profile:

  • MSc or PhD in Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.

  • Preferred (but not essential): Knowledge in inks, coatings, polymer processing, laser marking, or nanodispersions.
