Job Description
UCB is launching new products and facing patent expirations, which will impact future revenue and profitability. To support our strategic goals of providing superior solutions for patients, we as a team focus on Sales Operations. This area includes creating incentive compensation schemes, managing territory structures, and planning omnichannel calls for our customer-facing teams in Europe and beyond. This trainee role will assist in designing, strategizing, and implementing these areas, as well as analysing their effectiveness and impact. A strong communication plan and digital tools are essential for smooth processes and accurate documentation.
UCB uses a CRM system from Veeva, which is used by various profiles (Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Marketing). Understanding CRM processes and functionalities is crucial for meeting business needs and creating solutions in cross-functional teams.
In this role, you will work with various management levels to support launch and change management programs, all aimed at optimising our portfolio performance. You will need to integrate Territory Management (TM), OmniChannel Cycle Plan (OCCP), Incentive Compensation (IC), and CRM Operations with various business processes and tools. The role requires successful interactions and cooperation with a wide range of commercial, medical, and market access stakeholders within our business units and Talent organisation across multiple geography globally. You must consistently demonstrate understanding and adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Major accountabilities include assisting in the design and implementation of OCCP solutions for each business unit, as well as be involved in supporting the design and implementation of territory structures.

Candidate Requirements
Personal Qualities
• Robust working experience in commercial organisations, pharma experience is a nice to have.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management / documentation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/Veeva CRM
• End to End process understanding and adaptation for regional use.
• Training experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network with various management levels.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, including advanced English language capabilities
• Willingness to travel
