A high-achieving secondary school in Enfield is seeking a motivated Science Technician to support the smooth running of their Science Department from January 2026.

About the Role:

• Prepare and organise equipment, chemicals, and materials for science lessons.
• Support teachers and students during experiments, maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment in line with CLEAPSS and COSHH standards.
• Manage stock levels and ensure prep rooms are well organised.
• Contribute to creative and engaging practical learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Science Technician or relevant lab experience.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
