Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and resources for practical science lessons and demonstrations.
* Ensuring the safe storage and handling of chemicals and other hazardous materials.
* Assisting teachers and students with practical experiments and investigations.
* Maintaining accurate records of equipment and chemical inventories.
* Contributing to the development and improvement of science department resources and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
* A relevant scientific qualification (e.g., degree, HND, or equivalent) is desirable.
* Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a similar laboratory-based role is preferred.
* Strong organisational and technical skills.
* A meticulous approach to health and safety protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers and students.
