• Full time, permanent (12-hour shift rotations, including nights)

The Role

Join our dedicated Inplant team in Grimsby to work with solvent-based flexographic products. In this customer-facing role, your proactive approach will directly impact our production performance and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Monitor and manage the production of solvent-based flexographic inks
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency

Qualifications / Experience

• Basic secondary education at GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
