Your new role
You will be responsible for managing European stock levels, sourcing products from their brands and collaborating with global manufacturing sites to ensure product availability. You will monitor inventory, raise and manage purchase orders, allocate stock to customer orders, and work closely with internal teams to minimise lead times and backorders. This is a varied role focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience through effective inventory management and proactive stakeholder communication.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be confident working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and comfortable analysing data to identify trends and support decision-making. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a flexible, team-oriented approach are essential. Previous experience within a purchasing, inventory, or supply chain environment, along with exposure to ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, would be advantageous.
