Surface Treatment Technician
Location: Uxbridge
Earning Potential: £17–£18.50 per hour (including shift allowance) + overtime (£21–£23 per hour) + yearly bonus worth up to circa (£1,000) + £3,000 Signing Bonus!

About the role: As a Surface Treatment Technician, you’ll play a vital role in crafting precision-engineered safety equipment for the Aerospace and Defence industries. This hands-on role includes:
- Preparing and treating metallic surfaces for anodising and passivation.
- Operating manual and automated finishing equipment.
- Conducting detailed inspections to ensure components meet strict quality standards.
- Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
Shift Patterns:
- Week One: 6am–2pm
- Week Two: 1:45pm–10pm
Daily overtime opportunities are available, paid at £21–£23 per hour.
What we’re looking for:We’re seeking driven individuals with:
- Surface Treatment Experience: Expertise in anodising, plating, jigging, or similar processes.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and operate measuring equipment.
- Precision: A meticulous, detail-oriented mindset.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of COSHH regulations and handling hazardous substances.
