18-month Temporary contract

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client, a leading Life Sciences organisation based in Church Stretton. We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are dedicated to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Warehouse Operative responsibilities:
* Accurately pick and pack orders for onward distribution
* Handle incoming deliveries, verifying goods against documentation, and complete the incoming receiving process
* Perform inventory counts in designated storage locations
* Prepare, dispense, and finalise packaging of products for distribution
* Maintain a clean and organised working environment
* Work carefully according to EH&S and Quality guidelines
* Accurately record all process tasks
* Contribute ideas and participate in Continuous Improvement projects
* Support Materials Production team on site projects and initiatives

Warehouse Operative required skills:
* Ability to accurately follow work instructions and record information
* Strong attention to detail in task execution
* Open and effective communication skills
* Excellent teamwork capabilities
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new working methods.

Warehouse Operative additional Experience (Desirable, Not Essential):
* Hands-on work experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings
* Familiarity with SAP manufacturing systems
* Experience working to ISO9001 Quality standards
* Forklift driving license

Warehouse Operative Pay:
* £12.00ph

Warehouse Operative Shift:
* This role is an 18-month Temporary contract, 37.5 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
