Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Paisley
Remuneration: £12.65 per hour
Contract Details: Temp To Perm

Responsibilities:
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operative! Here's what you'll be doing:

• Perform warehousing tasks in line with SOPs, GMP standards, PPI processes, and 5S principles.
• Operate semi-automated and automated equipment efficiently.
• prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet daily operational targets.
• Conduct safety checks on mechanical equipment, including Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
• utilise your computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and leverage ERP system experience (preferred).
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively across teams to foster collaboration.
• Proactively suggest improvements and take ownership of your actions.
• Perform additional duties as needed in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Requirements:
Are you the one we're looking for? Here's what you need:

• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience within warehousing in a Manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime and alternative shifts if required.

Working Conditions:

• Work in a varied warehouse environment, including ambient, cold room (2-8°C), and freezer (-15 to -20°C).
• Manual handling of loads up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Interview Process:

• Stage 1: Onsite interview (60 minutes) with the Hiring Manager and Department Team Leader.
