We are currently looking for a Support Coordinator temp with a Life Science degree. This role is based in Central London and offers hybrid working. Our client is a well know international Medical Communications company which focuses on AI solutions. This company offers a social environment with a positive working culture. This position is for three months temping and could be extended. This role is paying £17 hour.

The role

Delivering and continually improving the account administration and support to internal and external clients

Understanding client’s key messages and positioning

Building strong working relationships with our clients

Contributing to proposals for our clients and articulating the strategy

Attending appropriate client, ensuring they build confidence in the service

The person

Experience within an account management, partnership focused role/ customer care

Experience in building strong client partnerships.

Experience within the medcomms/healthcare industry is advantageous – can be gained through a degree

Willingness to go above and beyond
