We have a great opportunity in the?Basingstoke area for a Process Technician?to operate on our Waste Treatment sites. This role is ideal for individuals with a proactive mindset who are ready to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic industrial setting.
What you’ll be doing as a Process Technician
- Operate Plant and Equipment: Ensure efficient operation of machinery.
- Maintenance and Fault-Finding: Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: Collect and report data for regulatory compliance.
- Maintenance Support: If qualified, perform planned equipment maintenance.
- Health and Safety: Take ownership for your own and colleagues' health and safety by escalating any concerns to your manager or resolving them yourself where possible and appropriate.
Working Pattern or hours: 38 Hours Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 3:35 PM
What you should bring to the role
- Have previous operative experience would be beneficial but is not essential – we welcome people who are keen to learn
- Have some computer data input /enquiry experience is desirable but not essential. The ability to operate modern technology as work will be scheduled through this system
- Be a team player and must be passionate about your personal development
- Keen to learn a new industry
- Health and safety focused
- Hold a manual UK driving licence

- Offering between £24,800 to £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
