Full Job Description
For Thetford, Norfolk, our client needs an experienced Administrator to join their Customer Support Services team immediately at one of their service centres.
The workshop facility in Thetford is fully equipped to overhaul & repair all types of rotating machinery for customers.
Our client’s preference is someone local to the area.
Client
A global leader in fluid engineering & chemical processing applications. They specialise in energy-efficient pumping, agitation, mixing, separation, purification, crystallization & polymerization technologies for fluids of all types.
They have 180 world-class manufacturing facilities & service centres across the globe.
Role
Day to day job management such as scheduling Engineer jobs
Answering calls / emails from customers direct
Dealing with breakdowns / call outs
Working with SAP & Excel
Requirements
Must be fluent in English
Must have 3-5+ years Admin experience
Must be local to Thetford
Strong understanding required of working with invoicing, such as invoice raising / releasing /credits etc
Experience on SAP & Excel is essential
Conditions
Negotiable hourly pay rate
40 hours per week
Long term duration with the potential for it to possibly result in a permanent contract
