Due to continued growth, they are looking for two motivated, detail-driven individuals to join their highly successful team.

The Role

This is a hands-on precision role where quality and attention to detail are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manual precision grinding and/or surface polishing. Previous experience within an engineering environment or in a machinist role would be highly advantageous.

However, full training will be provided for candidates who have worked in a similar engineering capacity, such as turning, milling, or other precision-based manufacturing roles, and who demonstrate the right aptitude and attitude.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering is an advantage – but not essential.

What's On Offer:

• Salary: £14 – £16 per hour DOE
• Holidays: 22 days + bank holidays
• Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:00pm; Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break
