We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Graduate Occupational Hygienist to join our expanding Oxford team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse industries while building the technical expertise needed to become a qualified occupational hygienist.

The Role

You'll be trained to deliver workplace exposure assessments covering dust, noise, and chemical monitoring, and contribute to health risk assessments and compliance audits. Full support is provided toward BOHS qualifications and ongoing professional development, making this the ideal first step into a long-term career in occupational hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in site-based surveys and monitoring programmes

• Collect and analyse data on dust, noise, and chemical exposure

• Prepare technical reports and risk assessments

• Support compliance audits and control measure reviews

• Liaise with clients and project teams under supervision

About You

• MSc in Occupational Hygiene (preferred) or a related science discipline

• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety principles

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Self-motivated and collaborative

• Full UK driving licence
