Pay Rate: £92.56 - £110 per day (Inclusive of holiday pay; higher rates dependent upon experience, qualifications, and client budget)

Academics is seeking a skilled and hands-on Science & DT Technician to support practical lessons across our partner secondary and specialist schools in Retford.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and clear away equipment and materials for science experiments and design technology projects.
• Maintain laboratory and workshop safety standards, including routine checks on tools, chemicals, and machinery.
• Assist teaching staff during practical sessions, providing technical support to pupils and ensuring engaging, smooth-running lessons.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Science, Design Technology, or a related technical field (e.g., BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).
