We're recruiting for a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator to support the Purchasing, Warehouse and Production teams, ensuring products, stock and operational processes are managed efficiently and accurately.

What you'll be doing...

As the Supply Chain & Operations Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by:

  • Creating, maintaining and expediting purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams to ensure materials arrive on time
  • Coordinating Goods In bookings and processing warehouse documentation, including Certificates of Analysis
  • Processing stock receipts, transfers, production transactions, repacks and authorised stock adjustments
  • Supporting production administration, ensuring manufacturing documentation is completed accurately
  • Carrying out stock reconciliations, investigating inventory discrepancies and assisting with stocktakes
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and master data within the ERP system
  • Producing inventory reports and operational KPI information
  • Providing administrative support across Purchasing, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams

What we're looking for...

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with systems and takes pride in producing accurate work.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and data processing skills

It would be advantageous if you also have experience within:

  • Purchasing, procurement or supply chain administration
  • Stock control or inventory management
  • Warehouse or production administration
