The Role
You'll act as the key point of contact between healthcare professionals and laboratory teams, ensuring a smooth customer journey from test order through to results. You'll manage enquiries, support sample submissions, resolve billing queries, and build strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, technical support, or account management experience.
- Experience within healthcare, clinical research, diagnostics, laboratory services, or life sciences would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
