Remuneration: £30,000 - £33,000

The role of the Sales Administrator - Lighting Products will involve:

• Sales Administration position dealing with a high end manufactured range of LED lighting products
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via clients by email and telephone
• Direct support with the sales team to build quotations
• Utilising CRM (MRP Easy) software within the business
• Support sales team with management of product samples
• Handle in person enquiries in if/ when customers walk into the studio
• Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times; adhering to our company values

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Administrator - Lighting Products with:

• Must have 2+ years’ experience in a Sales and/or or an administration role
• Must be IT literate and technically savvy with manufacturing software (MRP Easy & ERP)
• Ideally familiar with aluminium machining, aluminium forming, die casting, electroplating and powder coating
• Must be an excellent communicator and leader
• Proactive, motivated, and highly organised
• Vibrate, energetic and full of life
